Protecting and preserving the Environment is very important to me. Studying the Environment at University gave me a good understanding of the science behind the scenes. The recent documentary Blue Planet 2 demonstrated the impact of single use plastic in our oceans and the consequences on the wildlife we want to protect. It’s time to change the way we use packaging and there is no better person to highlight the problems we have all caused. Sir David Attenborough who starred in the Blue Planet series has raised the awareness and influenced many viewers, manufactures and retailers. I produced this piece of artwork of Sir David Attenborough – ‘On the Horizon’, take a page out of his book, turn a new leaf… it highlights a new start, a new chapter and single use plastic is a thing of the past.
